Right of withdrawal and digital products

As a consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason (the "right of withdrawal" under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

However, an exception applies to digital products such as downloads. Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal expires once the delivery of the digital content has begun — provided that you as a consumer have expressly agreed in advance to this exception and have confirmed that you waive your right of withdrawal.

By purchasing a digital product from NØRVA, you confirm:

that you explicitly request immediate delivery of the digital content, and
that you understand and accept that your right of withdrawal expires once the purchase is completed.
